Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed within 1 - 2 business days. Please note that we do not process orders during weekends and national holidays. Orders placed during these times will begin processing on the following business day.

We typically respond within 24-48 hours.For any changes, cancellations, or other assistance with your order, please contact us immediately via email. Enjoy free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over AUD$150. Free shipping orders are processed through a third-party courier service and should arrive within 4-12 business days*.
Australia - Shipping Rates on Orders under AUD$150
Shipping rates are on all orders under AUD$150 and are priced at AUD$15 to all Australian metro areas and AUD$20 to all rural areas. These orders should arrive within 4-12 business days*.
International Deliveries
We are not currently offering international deliveries.

CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS
To change your shipping address, please email us at hello@saisonaperitifs.com with your order number and updated details. Use 'URGENT: CHANGE ADDRESS' in the subject line for expedited handling. We'll make every effort to update your information, though changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched. Please ensure accuracy when entering your details during checkout.
ORDER TRACKING

STOCK AVAILABILITY
While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels, occasionally we may be unable to fulfil all items in your order at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will ship the available products and communicate regarding any back-ordered items. You can choose to wait for restocking or request a refund.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING ORDERS
Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. Please refer to our Returns Policy below for options upon receiving your package.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If items arrive damaged, please notify us within 3 days by emailing hello@saisonaperitifs.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent promptly.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Items can be refunded if returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original condition. We do not offer refunds on opened or used products, nor do we facilitate exchanges online.

For fragile items, such as bottles, please use a tracked shipping service and ensure adequate packaging to prevent breakage during transit.
Upon receipt and approval of your return, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
